Our Opinion

Unlike any other movie or web series in terrorism, Torbaaz is really different in showcasing the fight against Taliban terrorism. The way the whole movie runs is literally demanded big applause, especially how the character of Naseer, Qazar, and Bazz was portrayed even the respective actor performed outstandingly.

Although, direction wise at certain points I felt the movie to be lengthy and rough, at times it was full of emotions too, quite a mix of roughness, rude, pain, and a heartful of love.

Overall, in our Torbaaz review, we would like to rate this series 3.5 stars out of 5. If you enjoy watching action thriller you must consider watching the series. Otherwise, give it a shot and I am sure I will definitely fall in love with the character “Baaz”. As I already mentioned, the story is based on terrorism in Afghanistan but to my surprise, the ending is very touching and emotional.

Our Opinion

This movie as well as its direction is in a completely different league, full of chaos and pace. But everything ends with a message, only death is constant and everything rests are variable including virtue and sin.

Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkumar Rao, Arjun Kapur, Sanya Malhotra, Pearle Maney, everyone did good if not great but the way the whole movie is portrayed is quite different. At the start, every individual story grew quickly then crossed each other paths and at the end, everything comes to an understandable but twisted conclusion through a chaotic journey. A few sections felt pointless and very idiotic while some felt deeply emotional. I liked a few of the soundtracks though.

Overall, in our Ludo Movie Review, we would like to rate this movie 3 stars out of 5. The movie delivered basic lessons like sometimes you may not need the biggest leap and sin or virtue is relative. As an OTT platform release, you can consider watching this movie once.

P.S. Ludo Movie has some really bold scenes, so be aware of that.

Our Opinion

Prime video originals, Chhalaang movie not only points out the need for sports education in schools, but it also addresses the basic human nature of Giving Up.

Although director Hansal Mehta took a humorous or comedy style approach throughout the movie which sometimes felt exaggerated but quite entertaining. Rajkumar Rao, Nushratt Bharucha, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub did a good job, though there was room for improvement especially with emotions. Venkat Mehat as usual shines throughout the movie. If you have watched Chak De India, Dangal, Ehsaas, etc, you may realize the core messages of this movie are not entirely unique but the way it is portrayed is quite filmy and enjoyable.

Overall, in our Chhalaang Movie Review, we would like to rate this movie 3 stars out of 5. The movie indeed delivered a lot of valuable life-changing messages but with heavy desi masala. As an OTT platform release, you can definitely watch this movie.

Ayyan Mani (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) working as a personal assistant to a scientist, Dr. Arvind Acharya, at the National Institute of Fundamental Research (NIFR) in Mumbai. Our Opinion

The Serious Men, a Netflix original movie is exceptional to point out the basic insecurities of parents about their kids beside the movie has a lower caste mentality angle too, all piled up and create a mess. Although it is classified as a comedy-drama, I would rather tag Serious Men as a life lesson movie for every parent and also who believes caste matters.

Sudhir Mishra’s direction is enough simple to make things crystal clear and easily understandable. Although it is inspired by a novel still all different aspects are well transitioned like the insecurities of a lower strata parent, their lies, and it’s out of control situation. The kid Aakshath Das (Adi) snd Nawazudding Siddiqui as Adi’s father, both did perform exceptionally well.

Overall, in our Serious Men movie review, we would like to rate this movie 4 stars out of 5. The movie felt so needed in modern rat-race life. I will recommend you to watch the movie for life-changing messages. What I learned from the movie is as below

• A lie can end up ruining your life.
• Merit is everything. caste and other rubbish do not matter.
• Being arrogant just to prove you are a genius is more than foolishness.
• Faking your child’s ability can make them miserable to maintain the status.
• If you are trapped in your own lie, deal with courage, and get out of the situation, don’t try to cover it with hundreds of more lies.

There is only one thing matter in life, Merit, that’s all. Sometimes parents fake their child’s ability to others just to claim them as a special child which becomes very miserable for the kid to maintain.

Our Opinion

First of all, the movie has different messages for different kinds of people. Briefly, it describes the short span of life, unfinished dreams of a person, and shows how important it is to adjust to an odd situation whenever needed. Simply, a generic and top view of the human life cycle.

Director, Arati Kadav has delivered a very neat & clean Indian Sci-Fi movie but with a very unique niche, the process of reincarnations. The way she described the whole journey is quite commendable besides it is a very low budget and simple movie. Vikrant Massey and Shweta Tripathi looked very natural on-screen.

Some of you may feel some incompleteness in the movie like the relationship between Prahastha (Vikrant Massey) and Mandakini (Kankana Sen Sharma), what happened to Prahastha after returning to earth? But I liked the untold part to be imagined in my own way.

Overall, in our Cargo movie review, we would like to rate this movie 4.5 stars out of 5. The Cargo movie feels matt but has a very deep and effective message to offer to human life. Live the life unconditionally because, like the process of reincarnation, we always need to heal and clean ourselves before starting again. It is a Sci-Fi movie still, I will recommend you to watch the movie for life-changing messages.

Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi did an outstanding performance. I have even seen the original clipping of the legendary Shakuntala Devi and I must say, Vidya Balan beautifully managed to inherit the attitude, speaking style for the movie. Jishu Sengupta and Sanya Malhotra did well too but Vidya Balan just nailed it.

At times I felt scene transitions were quick like a very fast-forwarded life and after the second half, the movie tends to lose its pace. But the melodramatic ending again was okayish.

Overall, in our Shakuntala Devi movie review, we would like to rate this movie 3.5 stars out of 5. If you love biopic or want to know more about the “Human-Computer” then it is definitely a good watch, I recommend it.

First of all, I must say this movie manages to maintain the suspense until the very end. There are too many twists to predict the outcome. During the screenplay, “Who killed” became more important than “Why and how killed”. Unlike any other crime thriller or detective movie, Raat Akeli Hai felt less engaging and could be more compact. Although Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte were great, even everyone did a good job.

Overall, in our Raat Akeli Hai movie review, we would like to rate this movie 3 stars out of 5. If you love crime-thriller or case-solving kind of movies, you might like it. Especially for an online streaming platform release, this is good.

Sadak 2 has recently launched on August 28, 2020, directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Mukesh Bhatt under Vishesh Films banner. The film is the sequel to the Sadak (1991) movie. The sequel stars Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur. With Sadak 2, Mahesh Bhatt is returning back as a director after 20 years since Kartoos (1999).

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, people started protesting against nepotism in Bollywood. As a result, this official trailer had received 5.3 million dislikes on YouTube within 48 hours of release, and currently, its world’s second-most disliked video with more than 12 million dislikes.

First of all, the story somehow felt similar to its first part Sadak and I must say more melodramatic. Jishu Sengupta showcased excellent acting skills whereas Sanjay Dutt and Alia Bhatt felt average. I liked most of the soundtracks and the way suspense unfolds from time to time.

Overall, in our Sadak 2 movie review, we would like to rate this movie 2.5 stars out of 5. Somehow I felt the story and direction a bit outdated. Sadak (1991) as compared, was a better watch than today’s Sadak 2.

First of all, the screenplay of this movie was extremely good. Director, Sharan Sharma beautifully portrayed the entire journey from a kid to a 24-year-old Gunjan Saxena and her every conversation with dad. All the struggles against the narrow-minded mentality are focused perfectly. Janhvi Kapoor (Gunjan Saxena) as a feisty daughter and Pankaj Tripathi (her father) as always encouraging father did an outstanding performance.

Obviously, a very few time though I felt like a little bit of extra detail would enrich the movie more.

Overall, in our Gunjan Saxena movie review, we would like to rate this movie 4.5 stars out of 5. I would definitely recommend this movie, everyone.

The actual novel “The Fault in Our Stars” by John Green was published on 10th January 2012, and later in June 2014 released as an American feature film.

We are not going to compare both films because some of you may not watch the original movie or read the novel. Also, the direction, narration, and artwork vary independently too.

Dil Bechara was the last work of the fallen star, Sushant Singh Rajput. In his lifetime he did a few remarkable movies like Chhichhore, MS Dhoni, Kai Po Che, and Kedarnath, etc which I personally loved very much. Undoubtedly he was winning many hearts with his evolving acting skill and shining personality. But then the hard part came, where he decided otherwise and left everyone abandoned on 14th June 2020.

Our deepest condolences to everyone including ourselves who loved him as a human being or even his work, upon the untimely demise of loving Sushant Singh Rajput.

Over a month later on 24th July 2020, Dil Bechara got a posthumous release as a homage to him. Definitely, by then, the movie became a national emotion, not only this movie but almost every movie he acted on. Internet, social media were flooded with good words, controversies, etc.

This was a small gesture from a person who felt sad for him. Please don’t take it otherwise.

But I always believe, it is best to judge or criticize any artwork so that we can help to improve. So, here we present an unbiased review of “Dil Bechara” from our perspective.

This story is all about, Kizie Basu (Sanjana Sanghi) and Immanuel Rajkumar Junior aka Manny (Sushant Singh Rajput), two ordinary people with an extraordinary love story with a tragic twist to their lives. They both embark on a bitter and sweet profound journey into the heart of that crazy little thing called ‘Life’.

Our Opinion

This movie portrays a tragic & twisted life of two, so it might not a stress-buster but it gives us hints to our life. You may relate to the uncertainty of life or the opportunities, we all are missing every day. Almost the entire film felt like real life with lots & lots of salt pinch to it. Both the childlike & mature side of Kizie (Sanjana Sanghi) and Manny (Sushant Singh Rajput), are characterized well. Similarly, Saswata Chatterjee and Swastika Mukherjee as Mr. and Mrs. Basu (Kizie’s parents) did a very good job in this movie playing complementary and dynamic nature.

Most of this movie was shot in Jamshedpur & Ranchi which gave a homely yet simple touch to the film. And a tiny part filmed in Paris for a romantic song and a little bit spin.

Obviously there are parts where I felt little out of order, especially in out-burst expressions & emotions. Some times it really felt very slow or maybe in this fast-paced world we are programmed to tag it as boring. At times the extraordinary journey of Kizie and Manny felt overdramatic.

Overall, this movie definitely points out, how we miss opportunities in life, how we are not living the life, it supposed to be lived. In our Dil Bechara Movie review, we would like to rate this movie 3 stars out of 5.
